Caframo, local manufacturer of specialty fans, heaters and laboratory stirrers presented the Peninsula District Shores School Breakfast Club with a significant donation from its employees.  The cheque presentation took place at the 60th Annual Family picnic, which took place on the company grounds.

Each year, Caframo employees select one local charity each year to support as a group through internal fundraising efforts.  This year’s efforts resulted in over $8,500 for the Peninsula District Shores School Breakfast Club.

Caframo believes in supporting our local community. We give to charities that are important to our employees and provide assistance to programs that will benefit our employees, their families and our neighbours.  In addition to monetary giving, Caframo also gives in-kind donations of product and employee time that benefit organizations that support and enrich our community.

Employees have already started fundraising efforts for the 2015/2016 year.  This year, the employee charity is Wiarton Optimist Club.
