Caframo, in partnership with the Owen Sound Attack,  presented the Bruce Peninsula Health Services Foundation with a cheque for $3,273.50.  The funds are the result of the silent auction held for the Caframo sponsored warm up jerseys, worn by the Attack throughout the season.

The auction took place for five home games in March and the jerseys were presented to the winners following the game on March 21st.

The net proceeds generated from the silent auction were donated directly to the Bruce Peninsula Health Services Foundation and their campaign to raise $11.4 million to initiate health care progress within the Bruce Peninsula area.

“We are always looking to support our local community,” stated Tony Solecki, President at Caframo.  “We are pleased in our 60th Anniversary year to be able to supplement our current commitment to Bruce Peninsula Health Services through our partnership with the Owen Sound Attack.”

The Bruce Peninsula Health Services Foundation will put the funds towards regional cancer care, a new regional Interventional Radiation Suite, cardiac management systems, and colorectal cancer screening.
